To fit the ever-changing world of fashion trends, the summer line boasts three distinct designs to offer uniquely fresh yet timeless looks.

It starts with the stylish and flirty VIII. The cat-eye look combines old Hollywood glamor with ornate, baroque-style detailing to create a gorgeous pair of sunglasses perfect for your close up. It's made from fine Japanese acetate and titanium, with Valentino's signature 3D studs on the top and front of the bridge.
The XVI aviator style is a modern take on the classic ‘80s fighter pilot look, making this pair of shades perfect for a day spent on the water or soaring through the sky towards a tropical destination.
Finally, the chunky black XXII pair draws inspiration from today’s big-city eyewear trends to create a bold look that is perfect for blocking the sun and even better for a night out on the town.
The three eyewear designs are all named after the numbers of the historical Valentino headquarters: Paris Place Vendome (VII), Milan Turati (XVI), and Rome Mignanelli (XXII). Tying the name of the design back to Valentino’s roots conveys the value that is being placed on couture.
Each piece is made individually through traditional techniques, meaning there is time in the manufacturing process to experiment with aesthetics to create a product that is both beautiful and long-lasting.
