Under the Radar

Discovered at Dallas' Indie Beauty Expo, we're exposing our favorite gems inside our beauty cabinets.
Nanogold Repair collagen neck and décolleté masks feel as luxurious on the skin as they sound.

It’s been two months since Indie Beauty Expo. We left the scene of a cult of beauty lovers in shiny under-eye gel masks walking through Sixty Five Hundred, testing out products and sipping collagen tea, with an oversized canvas bag of goodies—of which three items particularly stand out. Here’s our verdict on these must-haves: Milk + Honey’s natural deodorant ($20), Shaffali’s pineapple and peppermint exfoliant ($38), and Knesko masks (from $45). Texas-based Milk + Honey leads the natural deodorant movement with regular, extra-strength and baking-soda free offerings (stick and cream-based). LA-based Shaffali skincare is ayurvedic-inspired, focusing on natural, earthy products. This 15-min mask and exfoliant duo combines the scent of pineapple, tingling of peppermint and properties of turmeric and neem for a mid-week pick-me-up. Knesko eye and face masks are the perfect pre-event prep. Keep the mask on long enough to finish a glass of Champagne, and you’ll notice the radiance all evening long.
