Tyler Shields, “Mouthful” (2012, chromogenic print on Kodak endura luster paper), 30 inches by 40 inches
For many, finding the right artwork to compliment your home’s one-of-a-kind aesthetic can be an impossible feat, but for luxury real estate advisor and WSJ bestselling author Tracy Tutor (who, yes, you may know from Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing), it was an exciting adventure—and the perfect opportunity to pair up with local talent. Enter Samuel Lynne Galleries (samuellynne.com), Dallas’ opulent art destination renowned for its cutting-edge contemporary artworks. Together, the duo effortlessly outfitted Tutor’s recently debuted bachelorette pad downtown, which comes fresh off the heels of her buzzy announcement to expand her real estate business to the Lone Star State and become a part-time Dallas resident.

The lavish one-bedroom apartment is both airy and artful, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, a clean neutral color palette and, of course, an expansive patio and floor-to-ceiling windows that illuminate the entire space. As for the artwork? An array of personality-packed pieces adorn the home, displaying an eclectic mix of playful patterns and provocative photography. “The collaboration between Samuel Lynne Galleries and our esteemed business partner, George Bass Stage and Design, for Tracy Tutor, was an incredibly exciting project to bring to fruition,” says assistant director Grace Cooper. “The partnership seamlessly reflects our exclusive contemporary vision here at Samuel Lynne Galleries with innovative staging, transforming Tracy’s Dallas abode into an elevated space where each piece resonates more deeply. The synergy between our teams has brought a new dimension to her home away from home, turning it into a powerful dialogue of fine art and luxury living.”
David Yarrow, “Testarossa - Color” (2023, archival pigment print), 52 inches by 58 inches
Showcasing an impressive lineup of artists, the duo settled on works from Lea Fisher, Tyler Shields and David Yarrow. As far as first impressions go, Tutor’s entryway raises the bar thanks to Tyler Sheilds’s moody chromogenic print “Mouthful.” David Yarrow’s chic “Testarossa - Color” print spices up the kitchen, and a series of three innovative mixed-media canvas works from Lea Fisher provide the ultimate finishing touch in her serene primary suite.
