Before entering the real estate industry, Jasmine, who is also an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), was working in luxury sales and marketing for prestigious brands like Neiman Marcus, where she honed her sharp business acumen and white-glove approach. Kaylee, who is also enrolled in the MBA program at The Cox School of Business, admits working with people is the best part of the job. “I love being witness to other people’s journeys, milestones, and new chapters,” shared the Fort Worth native and former event planner, who also served as a Mass Communication Specialist for the US Navy.
Today, the visionary duo, both of whom have their Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, works with a concierge mindset, striving to understand each client’s unique dreams and objectives. They also place a large emphasis on mentoring young women and mothers to achieve their business goals. Over the next year, they will be expanding their team at COMPASS | Park Cities and onboarding new agents while continuing to establish Land Francis Group as a top luxury real estate group in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. “We are excited about building our business and a legacy our daughters will be proud of.”
