The Party On Dallas’ Fashion’s Night Out barometer, Neiman Marcus NorthPark Center charted pretty high, especially since the destination offered a double style bang for the buck. Yes, there were the customary FNO trendsetting practices that included cocktails and couture, DJs, photo opps galore and more. But there was also the annual fundraiser, Simply Summer, Fashionably Fall, sponsored by Modern Luxury Dallas, making a chic splash. The Players The lovely co-chairs Leigh Bailey, Emily Eisenhauer and Kim Lewis-Gleason were the formidable threesome who planned out the fashionable soirée benefiting Turtle Creek Recovery Center. The third-level NM Café was duly transformed with luxe Baroque influences—gold, champagne, bronze and red sizzled up the space. The main event for the 200-plus guests, though, was perhaps the “Art of Fashion” runway show by Neiman Marcus, where models trotted out an extravaganza of entrancing moments. The Scene DJs Jennifer Miller and Paul Paredes setting the mood; rock-star mixologist Eddie “Lucky” Campbell shaking up Nue Vodka cocktails; henna tattoo artists; and a crystal ball fortune teller (what’s a party without one?!).
