SALMON CHILI GARLIC
Ingredients
3 oz. of sushi grade Salmon for 6 pcs. 5 tablespoons of lime juice 1 tablespoon of Japanese rice vinegar 3.5 tablespoons of fish sauce .5 tablespoon of sea salt 1.5 tablespoons of palm sugar 4 whole garlic cloves 3 whole Serrano peppers
Instructions
Set aside salmon. Combine all other ingredients and emersion blend until the sauce is smooth. Coat the salmon in the blended sauce. Garnish with cherry tomato, cilantro and sprouts. Serve.
