The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek will bring the taste of Paris to Dallas this July! Guest chef Christopher Hache from Hotel de Crillon is partnerning with the Mansion's executive chef, Bruno Davillon, and together they will create a tasting menu that will showcase the best of French and Texan cuisine. Chef Hache became head chef of Hotel de Crillon at the age of 28 and has worked alongside notable French chefs, including Eric Frechon and Federic Robert.
While Paris and Dallas may initially seem to be very different cities, this culinary event follows on from last year's Metiers d'Art show by Chanel which unveiled the French fashion house's take on the romance of the Wild West. Chef Hache's and Chef Davaillon's creations will include dishes such as Duck Foie Gras "En Cocotte" and Akaushi Texas Beef with Fresno Chile and Bone Marrow Jam.
Tickets will be priced at $115 per person and are available to purchase during dinner hours. To make a reservation at the Mansion Restaurant, please call 214-443-4747. Reservations can also be made at www.rosewoodhotels.com/mansion
