An icon in the Dallas fine-dining scene, The French Room at the Adolphus and the adjacent French Room Bar, are known for decadent food and wine experiences. August 28, 25 guests will experience six different variations of rosé, paired with light bites and knowledge from sommelier Leslie Hartman. Hartman’s CV includes a bachelor’s degree in international studies and French and a master’s degree, as well as a top-scoring Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Ranging from deep rosé to high orange, attendees will explore a variety of French wines, including Taittinger, Domaine de Terrebrune and Chateau Beaubois, while learning of the terroir and tasting notes.
