Pōk the Raw Bar in West Village has grown to be a cult favorite, especially thanks to the feeding frenzy of health-conscious cyclists from SoulCycle two doors down. Muscle-building high proteins such as Scottish salmon, wild Yellowfin tuna from the Pacific, and Fijian and Japanese albacore are all flown in daily for super fresh options, but now there are other low fat selections for vegans. A beet and sweet potato bowl with pok miso dressing, avocado, serrano and matcha salted taro, and the Yellowtail pineapple bowl with citrus ponzu, pineapple, serrano, micro cilantro and crispy onion are both sweet and savory bites.
