Las Palmas is a family-owned restaurant brought to life by brothers Sina and Pasha Heidari. The love for Tex Mex style food runs deep in the heart of Texas, and Las Palmas provides the perfect menu. TLas Palmas is a Tex Mex tribute to 1980s Dallas. The historical building for the restaurant adds to that effect while serving a retro look. The menu consists of Tex Mex classics including fajitas, nachos, combo plates and of course queso. The specialties are regional Mexican dishes such as snapper Veracruz with a crisp-fried whole fish; and downy, handmade tortillas wrapped around Puerco en salsa verde. Just as every Tex Mex restaurant should, Las Palmas takes its tortillas very seriously.
