Kudos to the American Heart Association for luring Dallas’ primo chefs away from their own kitchens to the CĂ´tes du Coeur auction and celebrity chef dinner. Some 16 culinary pros whipped up delicacies to be paired with international wines from more than 30 vintners. In celebration of the Modern Luxury Dallas-sponsored event’s 20th anniversary, titans including Richard Chamberlain, Bruno Davaillon, Dean Fearing, Kent Rathbun and Scott Romano made 1,000 black-tie-clad guests’ mouths water with apricot-glazed quail, 40-day aged rib eye and braised short ribs, among other enticing menu items.
