The weekend of September 21 & 22, 2013 brings fun for foodies and fans when Metro Cooking Dallas returns for its second year. This year brings renowned television chefs, hundreds of specialty food exhibitors, cooking demonstrations and workshops. And new this year is the Grand Tasting Pavilion that will be open on Sunday from 1pm - 4pm, where dozens of local restaurants and chefs will share samples of their signature fare. Tasting and entertaining workshops taught by industry experts will expose guests to specialty foods and entertaining ideas. Local and international specialty foods and food-related products will be for sale throughout the weekend.
