Hotel ZaZa's Spring Soiree

Hotel ZaZa kicked off the sunny temps in style with their annual Spring Soiree that also toasted the re-launch of Dragonfly, Modern American Kitchen. Pretty socials flocked to the sultry venue to hold court poolside, where champagne sparklers made the rounds and DJ Lucy Wrubel pumped up the beats. To show off highlights from his new menu, Executive Chef Dan Landsberg served brisket bacon sliders and hand-cut sea salt fries. Of course, the crowd took time for the ultimate pose-off in ZaZa's mock "kitchen" hallway, where quirky culinary props yielded plenty of entertaining photo opps.
