With views through the sloped glass walls of the new AMLI Fountain Place luxury high-rise apartment building, 12 uniquely designed penthouses usher in abundant natural light and a modern design. From its perch at the southern edge of the Dallas Arts District, this new for-rent high-rise infuses art and celebrates architecture at every turn.
Acclaimed architect Talmadge Smith of Page designed AMLI Fountain Place to bring to life the 30-year vision of architect Harry Cobb for two Fountain Place towers flanking Dan Kiley’s water garden with cascading fountains in the Dallas Central Business District. Now the residential sibling to the original structure, AMLI Fountain Place’s interiors, designed by Wendy Dunnam Tita of Page, evoke a rich, hospitality-inspired experience with curated, commissioned art installed throughout the building’s shared spaces.
The “Live in Art” and luxury lifestyle is woven into every element of AMLI Fountain Place’s residences and shared spaces, but is elevated at the penthouse level. Wrapped by sloped glass walls and floor to ceiling windows, the penthouses offer unfettered views of downtown’s iconic landmarks such as the Trinity River and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
Each AMLI Fountain Place penthouse boasts industry-leading amenities such as kitchens with 36” Thermador range, built-in microwave drawer, and wine refrigerator as well as dramatic double waterfall edge stone countertop islands and Italian-made custom cabinetry with paneled refrigerator and dishwasher. The penthouse residents have exquisite and artfully crafted finishes throughout their homes.
The AMLI Fountain Place penthouse experience extends past the top floors and beyond the walls of the building, giving residents everything they need and want. Fusing the Dallas Arts District with AMLI Fountain Place’s unparalled hospitality, penthouse residents have access to VIP tickets for seasonal attractions and curated events.
In addition to the penthouse-exclusive amenities, all residents have access to the Level 45 Sky Lounge, lobby-level coffee shop, fitness center featuring on-demand fitness studio, and golf simulator.
Further highlighting AMLI Fountain Place’s “Live in Art” vision, the building’s art program features installations and commissions curated to feature a mix of international, national, and locally recognized artists in all public spaces. Upon entering the lobby, the first piece encountered is a series of colorful framed geometric shapes by Gail Peter Borden. This artwork, like the building itself, combines art and architecture. As you meander towards the Fountain Place plaza, Chase Langford’s organic abstract landscape conceptually emulates and simultaneously serves as a counterpoint to the geometry of the AMLI Fountain Place tower. With art as one of the anchoring themes of the building, compositions from renowned artists are integrated into the building to fully create the experience of living within art.
With luxury at every touchpoint, AMLI Fountain Place gives its residents all they need without having to leave – from art and hospitality to incredible views and experiences.
