Earl’s Kitchen + Bar: This globally inspired restaurant is an iconic foodie staple in Canada, and now the first Texas location is opening at Legacy West. Expect a diverse menu from Head Chef Chris Memme, from avocado toast and ahi tuna salad, to Bibimbap and chicken curry. Berrynaked: These organic, artisanal, all natural popsicles have been a Dallas hit, and now your favorite Prickly Pear Lemonade, Avocado Coconut and Cookies n’ Cream pops will be in Richardson—and come September, you’ll also be able to find them at Legacy Hall in Plano! Plus, the Richardson location launched the new Berrynaked puree bowls; fruit puree-based snack or meal-replacement bowls made to order and topped with hemp hearts, bee pollen, coconut shavings, goji berries and more! 326 W. Tricky Fish: Richardson’s City Line is home to Tricky Fish, a stylishly casual seafood spot serving fresh food with a coastal inspiration. Now, they’re serving up brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
