Gilt City Dallas Launch Party

More than 300 partygoers flocked to the Dallas Contemporary to toast Gilt City's Dallas launch with Moet & Chandon bubbly and signature Gilty Gimlets. Chef Dean Fearing was on hand with his southwestern flavors—think chicken nachos, two-bite lobster tacos with guacamole relish and mozzarella croquettes—and Paciugo provided plenty of icy treats. Even cooler? DJ Lucy Wrubel, who turned up the volume with trendy beats.
