Bring calm to chaos is Shelley Tims Anbouba’s wheelhouse. The owner of Neat Method Dallas-Highland Park specializes in organizing, unpacking and downsizing luxury homes & offices. Seeing a need for custom space design services for remodels and new builds, she recently founded a complementary second business, Organization Studio. No more should anyone walk into a space and say “I wish I had done.”
Through travels with her parents, Shelley developed an eye for identifying what made their lodging unique and functioning. That trait serves her well as she focuses on making clients’ lives better through creating well-planned, clutter-free space. “To design an organized space and see a client’s treasures highlighted in a way that is not only functional but beautiful is such a privilege,” said Shelley. “I am continually inspired by my clients and the incredible partners I collaborate with.”
The most important thing she has learned as a female leader is that every day there is opportunity to change the notion that there is only “one way to be” to be a successful woman deserving to be heard. “A woman can be a leader in her own right, according to who she is, not according to her gender. Know who you are and shine your light unto the world,” Shelley said. On her horizon: continuing to implement Neat Method products that will inspire home-owners to leave cabinets open; at Organization Studio, collaborations with talented interior designers and custom home builders to develop creative solutions to best organize each client’s home and office space.
