What’s your morning ritual? Wake up and work out. I always work out before I do anything else.
If you could eat only three things a day, what would they be? Coconut, watermelon, coffee
Fasting. Yes or no? Eat when hungry. Don’t eat when not hungry. Period.
What’s the most important thing you do to keep yourself on track when it comes to exercising? I plan, schedule and commit to my workouts. I have my workouts mapped out weeks in advance. Consistency is key.
What’s one thing you’ve done in the last year to change your health? I stopped putting so much pressure on myself. I work out because I enjoy it and it makes me feel good. Looking good doesn’t matter if you don’t feel good.
If you’re going to have a drink, what is it and why? Champagne because I love it.
What’s your favorite indulgence, food or otherwise? Traveling with family and friends, and indulging in lots of wine and chocolate.
What three things do you do to maintain mental well-being? I try to maintain a balance of sleep, work and fun to stay mentally healthy. I keep it simple.
