If you could eat only three things a day, what would they be? Sweet potato, avocado and almond butter
What’s the most important thing you do to keep yourself on track when it comes to exercising? I remind myself of my goals and then put them up someplace where I can always see them, as well as set incremental goals and successes.
What’s one thing you’ve done in the last year to change your health? I’ve limited all processed foods.
If you’re going to have a drink, what is it and why? For me, it’s always whiskey because I love, love whiskey. It’s gotta be aged and it’s gotta be neat.
What’s your favorite indulgence, food or otherwise? Whataburger. I get the double on Texas toast and add bacon and avocado.
What three things do you do to maintain mental well-being? I take regular breaks for myself. Getting away and having quiet time is important. I practice good balance with social media; I don’t do it on the weekends. I take a step back and live in the moment. I stay active and make sure I’m eating healthy.
