Lo spaghetto al pomodoro, anyone? Eataly’s first Southern outpost, inside NorthPark Center, will feature multiple restaurants.
The anticipation has set in. The countdown has begun. Our favorite upscale Italian marketplace will settle into its new, NorthPark Center home—the brand’s first in the South—for its 2020 debut. Eataly (eataly.com) will crown the luxury shopping center with three stories rife with luscious Italiana cuisine—think fresh food counters, multiple restaurants, cafes and to-go eateries. For the aspiring at-home chef, the first two levels welcome hours of wandering: Roam aisles upon aisles of purely Italian products and wines to bring a taste of Italy home. The NorthPark Center outpost will feature partnerships with Texan producers, upholding the brand’s value of authenticity. Whether perusing the bottom two levels to procure tonight’s dinner menu or indulging in pasta di Gragnano on the patio, the Italian dream is now within our Texan grasp.
