Get this: Three outdoor-loving University of Texas McCombs School of Business students take an elective course on entrepreneurship. The former service members of the US Military cook up an idea to create a sotol distillery in the Lone Star State–Driftwood, Texas to be exact. Using West Texas grown evergreen green sotol, the trio created an organic complex spirit with earthy notes that’s just what your ho-hum holiday cocktails are asking for. Wanna drink it straight up? May we suggest its Oak Aged Sotol aged in American charred white oak barrels? Do us a favor. Tell them Modern Luxury Dallas told you about it. @desertdoor
