Dallas Symphony Orchestra League Fashion Notes Luncheon and Style Show

| August 31, 2017 | Calendar

Event Description: The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League will celebrate past, present, and future ladies of “The League” at The Fashion Notes Luncheon and Style Show in the Venetian Room at the Fairmont Hotel. The morning begins with a reception and silent auction followed by a fashion show topped off with a delicious luncheon. The always lively Bret McKinney will serve as emcee. After 70 years of service, education, and fundraising, the event will have an afternoon focusing on the women that make it all happen. Stunning fall fashions from Stanley Korshak and KidBiz will be featured on the catwalk modeled by strong, successful, and stylish contributors to our community. There will be Mother/Daughter dream teams, past and present DSOL Presidents, Debutantes, Assembly members, and the cutest League grandchildren, certain to be future DSOL supporters.

Benefiting: The League strives to raise funds that support the love of music and the arts for thousands of youths and young adults in the Dallas Metroplex. Funds raised help to provide quality outreach educational programs, and musical competitions that light the way for talented local musicians.

Mission Statement: The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League is an organization of volunteers who support the Dallas Symphony Association through service, education and fundraising activities.

History: Since 1946, the DSO League has worked to support the Dallas Symphony Orchestra through service, education and fundraising efforts. Since 1998, the League has contributed more than $12 million in support of the Dallas Symphony Association’s Community Outreach and Education programs, which help bring the wonder of music to thousands of youths and adults in the Dallas Metroplex.
