The 14th annual Chefs for Farmers Food & Wine Festival returns to Dallas this November with a jam-packed weekend of mouthwatering bites, local sips and so much more.
Frolic around Old City Park on Sunday for The Main Event, featuring D-Town’s culinary crème de la crème, including Antonio Rendo from Nobu Dallas, David Gomez from Tango Room, Jill Bates from Sugar & Sage bakery and many, many more.
Dallasites, prepare to have your tastebuds tickled—the 14th annual Chefs for Farmers Food & Wine Festival makes its grand return this November. Immerse yourself in the three-day savory soirée, complete with a bevy of cuisine from local premiere chefs and culinary personalities—plus live entertainment, local vineyards, line dancing and more. Old City Park sets the scene as an array of vendors (think top-tier restaurants and local merchants) line its central green. “We are thrilled for our 14th year of Chefs For Farmers Dallas,” shares founder and CEO Iris Midler. “This year’s festival culminates in The Main Event on November 3, celebrating our city’s rockstar chefs as they flex their talents for all our guests.” On Friday and Saturday, the event sizzles with two American Airlines AAdvantage® Mastercard® member-exclusive events—a farm-friendly ranch-to-table dinner and a bubbles-filled brunch—followed by The Main Event on Sunday, which features a mélange of food and wine, games, photo opportunities and so much more. The cherry on top? The event helps support Giving Tree Acres, and $25 from every general admission ticket goes directly to The Seed Project Foundation.
Each delicious day flaunts a different theme of chefs, culinary specialties and surprises, and guests with the VIP experience are privy to an exclusive hour of personalized participation in one-of-a-kind dishes while bartenders and sommeliers present the perfect pairings. “Partnering the chefs with local farms gives them a chance to showcase the best of Texas culinary culture,” continues Midler. “Besides unlimited bites, guests will experience a live DJ, wine, beer, cocktails and lots of fun surprises. You won’t want to miss it!” Old City Park, 1515 South Harwood St.
