Country Charmed

| November 30, 2011 | Parties

Clint Black charmed the house at The Real Estate Council’s Giving Gala, presented by Deloitte and themed “Cantina Fiesta,” at the Hilton Anatole. Hosted alfresco in the hotel’s Sculpture Park, the event was chaired by Willie Hornberger with vice chair Mitch Paradise, who welcomed more than 1,000 guests to the cocktail reception and buffet dinner, benefiting TREC Foundation’s key grant areas: housing, education, job creation and the environment. Four themed playhouses, generously built by TREC members, got bids flying before Black belted out hits like “Killin’ Time” and “A Good Run of Bad Luck.” Of course, the boots-wearing crowd willingly sang along.
