Chick Lit Patron Party

| April 21, 2011 | Parties

The evening before Community Partners of Dallas' annual Chick Lit Luncheon, co-chaired by Angela Nash and Anne Stodghill and sponsored by Modern Luxury Dallas, a chic group gathered for a toast at Vince's Highland Park Village boutique—and to chat up this year's featured author, Emily Giffin (she of the popular reads like Something Blue and Baby Proof). Of course, the cocktail convo turned to movie version of the New York Times bestselling author's first book, Something Borrowed, which hits theaters in May and stars Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin. A star from the small screen was also in the house, Top Chef's Tre Wilcox, who previewed bites from his new HP Village resto, Marquee Bar and Grill.
