Chef Shaun Collins likes a good pairing and his partnership with Domaine Wine Company proves to be just that. Enjoy a complimentary food and wine tasting where samples from Chef Collins' private menu are paired with artisanal wines selected by the owners of Domaine. Open to the public, guests are educated on how to compliment particular gourmet foods with specialty wines.
Chef Collins and Domaine continue to offer their pairing expertise the first Saturday of every month so to further educate those interested in how to bring the best things in life together. The following is the menu for the July 6th food and wine tasting afternoon.
