Head to Brass Ram to experience Nick Badovinus’ spin on a classic mid-century prime rib joint with superior spirit offerings, an impeccable interior and discreet location.
While Brass Ram is new to Dallas’ East Quarter, Nick Badovinus certainly is not. Badovinus is the mastermind behind nine restaurants overall, with Brass Ram residing right above his first, National Anthem. The menu celebrates old-school staples with a French Dip featuring 12 ounces of shaved prime rib, a succulent tomahawk pork chop, an elevated buccatini ammiraglio and the signature Iceberg Chunk.
An extensive cocktail menu offers over 70 bourbons and whiskeys, along with a special martini menu which gives guests the choice of a gin or vodka martini four different ways. And Badovinus’ talents extend beyond the culinary side of things; Brass Ram’s intimate supper club feel can be attributed to the restaurateur’s own personal touches, ranging from collected books and brass stags to framed photographs of Marilyn Monroe. 2130 Commerce St., Floor 2
