An expansive art collection peppered throughout the hotel, including works from Spencer Finch, Ben Skinner and James Welling. The true craftsmanship doesn’t stop there. Leading the charge in the kitchen is the inimitable Eric Dreyer, who will serve as executive chef for the featured culinary concept, Ellie’s. Hot off the heels of working as Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef, Dreyer also had a longtime stint as executive chef at Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Now, he’s come back into the fold, and we couldn’t be more excited—and hungry. Ellie’s, which is named after Hall’s late mother, will offer a curated menu pulling from Dreyer’s time in California.
