Bag Diaries

| January 2, 2013 | Parties

Leave it to handbag designer Susie Straubmueller to find the perfect amalgamation of fashion and art by launching her latest collection amid Brit artist Linder’s scantily clad women at the Goss-Michael Foundation. With skin both on bags and the female form as the theme, handbags were displayed on the heads and arms of stark-white mannequins, as well as live models in all-white ensembes. Admiring the python and croc pieces were guests such as Christie Allardyce, Gina Ginsburg, Toni Munoz-Hunt, Kandis Hutchinson (carrying her own lipstick red Straubmueller clutch), Jessica Olsson-Nowitzki, Ariel Saldivar, Logan Waller and more.Photography by Jonathan Zizzo
