Local realtor and art enthusiast Landon Burke hosted the first-ever Urban Scene: Architecture, Art and Culture Event. A unique, one-night-only pop-up gallery, the project is meant to celebrate one architect (up-and-comer Frank Posada, whose custom American Craftsmen home in the M Streets will serve as the debut home), local artists and people who are helping enrich Dallas culture. Pieces from Lab Art, Peter Lynch, Snipe Art, Bee Street Studio, Andrea Holmes, Toni Martin, Payne Wingate and Jason Stalling added color to the walls of the spec home. Guests enjoyed an exclusive first taste of Braindead Brewing craft beer; everyone took home a goodie bag; and some acquired a new piece of art.
