Modern Luxury Dallas and Rémy Martin delighted special guests with an incredible evening of the finest cuisine prepared by Two-Michelin Star Chef Danny Grant and team at Monarch Restaurant. Each dish was complemented with premier cocktails featuring Rémy Martin for what was an over-the-top evening of royal proportions. Held within the very private and glamorous Emerald Room dressed with floral by Twelve Thirty Four, guests indulged in everything from the fresh crudo to the Comte Crusted Filet Mignon all while enjoying a series of signature cocktails that highlighted Rémy Martin XO, the Cellar Master's signature cognac, from The Rémy Peach 75, to a Royal Rémy Sidecar and final toast of XO for dessert.
