If you could eat only three things in a day, what would they be? Green juice, green tea and cucumbers. I could live on cucumbers.
What’s your exercise philosophy? I’ve learned enough about the benefits for my body, brain and stress levels to know that I need to work out. I work out about six days per week, alternating between practicing yoga and HIIT.
What’s the first thing you do in the morning? My alarm goes off at 5am, and I immediately have a cup of tea. I use a blend of wild blueberry leaves, oat straw, nettles and jasmine dragon pearls laced with lots of Sun Potion... [plus,] Royal Maca, marine collagen peptides and Laird Superfood Creamer. Immediately after, I meditate for 20 minutes, then do 10 minutes of breathwork.
Last thing you do at night? I spend time in my infrared sauna or soak in an Epsom salt and essential oil bath... salt water neutralizes the energies of the day.
What’s the best supplement for overall wellness? Turmeric
