The Dallas Opera Annual OnStage Dinner was held March 26, 2019 on the beautiful set of “La boheme”. The scene was Café Momus in Paris, with guests enjoying French bohemian style décor and fare. Four opera singers performing in this seasons La boheme entertained the guests as they enjoyed shared charcuterie platters and wine. French consommé was served next as a nod to La boheme’s impoverished characters, followed by chicken coq au vin, and a delicious pillow cake with crispy hazelnut sable, white chocolate and vanilla mousse, all created by Wolfgang Puck Catering. The gingham checked table clothes and mix matched china and glassware added to the collected bohemian feel of the set. This dinner is an annual event held on the actual set of an opera as a thank you to The Dallas Opera Platinum and above Donors, and easily a fan favorite!
