From green smoothies and cold-pressed juices to hearty grain bowls and protein-packed salads, Dallas is brimming with healthy dining options. And with more restaurants offering curbside pickup and delivery than ever before, there's no need to choose between health and convenience. We've rounded up a few of our favorite spots for grabbing a light lunch to-go.
Asian Mint
Get your Thai food fix from this local favorite, which boasts four area locations. Healthful go-tos include fresh summer rolls, Thai coconut soup and pad thai woon sen—a low-carb version of the staple dish. All four locations are currently offering curbside pickup and delivery. The restaurant is also selling "Chef Mint at Home" kits here, which include pre-measured fresh ingredients and an easy-to-follow recipe card. A portion of the kit proceeds goes toward supporting community members impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
