2. SARAH GREEN Pastry chef Sarah Green has moved down the block from The Joule to the just-opened market cafe, Commissary. Working closely with Exec Pastry Chef Ruben Torano, she's crafting baked goods and pastry desserts for the street-level eatery.
3. ANGELA HERNANDEZ As chef de cuisine at Top Knot, Angela Hernandez is no stranger to culturally-influenced fare. Born to a Korean mother and Mexican father, she impresses palates with her shareable plates like chicken kimchi karaage with Asian pear and jalapeno.
