Aston Martin Valhalla
WHAT WE KNOW
Also known as the ‘Son of Valkyrie,’ the much-anticipated Aston Martin Valhalla coupe is sure to live up to its name with a high-efficiency twin-turbo V6 engine and battery-electric hybrid system. With only 500 units to be produced, this mechanical beast is sure to provide a thrilling ride to whoever can get their hands on it.
DESIGN ELEMENTS
The Valhalla shares some fundamental styling and features with its predecessor, the Valkyrie, but will also introduce some new concepts and technologies to the ‘V’ legacy. In partnership with the infamous Red Bull Advanced Technologies and world-renowned Formula One car engineer, Adrian Newey, Aston Martin’s Valhalla incorporates just about as much F1 technology as possible for a road legal car. Expect an entirely carbon fiber structure and next-gen aircraft morphing technology to optimize aerodynamic performance.
THE DRIVER
We’d only recommend jumping in the driver’s seat if you’re after an adrenaline rush. This whip isn’t meant for daily driving or carpool.
PRICE POINT
Produced in such a limited quantity, the incredibly powerful engine and advanced design comes with a hefty price. Rumor has it, the price will start from around $1 million and could reach as high as $3 million.
EXPECTED RELEASE
The Valhalla was officially announced at the Spring 2019 Geneva Motor Show, so you won’t see it on the road anytime soon. Aston Martin predicts that delivery will start in late 2021.
