The culinary scene is ablaze with new spots to savor. Here are a few of our favorites.
The Mimi’s ice box pie with blackberry marmalade is a must-try at The Chumley House.
This season, Nestle is at Duro Hospitality’s newest culinary venture, The Chumley House. Having recently set up shop in Fort Worth on the legendary Camp Bowie Blvd., this European-inspired steakhouse touts handsome interiors and a palate-pleasing menu for the most discerning guests—delight on fan favorites, which include herb popovers, beef wellington, and salted caramel biscoff trifle. “We set out to create a one-of-a-kind experience that captures the essence of Fort Worth while introducing something fresh and distinctive to Texas,” notes Duro Hospitality partner Benji Homsey. “Our dedication to research and exploration led us to the most exciting concept we felt would thrive in this incredible city.” 3230 Camp Bowie Blvd.
Dine alfresco at Le PasSage for the ultimate experience.
Rose Café is perfect for a quick or leisure reprieve.
Summoning with two swoonworthy ventures, Le PasSage and Rose Café await your next dining splendor. Both located at The Terminal at Katy Trail, Le PasSage pulls inspiration from the Orient Express, offering a sumptuous assortment of Asian flavor profiles. At the same time, Rosé Cafe provides a more relaxed ambiance featuring Asian and Mediterranean dishes that can be enjoyed quickly or over time. “We built our restaurant group on bold, distinctive interpretations of classic bistro food where French technique and local flavors merge in exciting new ways,” shares Travis Street Hospitality founder Stephan Courseau. “Our two newest projects exemplify that commitment while charting new paths within our collection of neighborhood restaurants. Le PasSage and Rose Café are both rooted in French culinary traditions but invigorated by the rich tapestry of Asian flavors. These two dining adventures enrich the Dallas dining scene and represent our growth as a restaurant collective.” 4205 Buena Vista
