4 Must-Try Brunch Dishes at PINSTACK

Is it even the weekend if it doesn't start with an awesome brunch at PINSTACK?

Guests visiting PINSTACK for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays (from 10am to 2 p.m.) will find a menu full of instant classics, but here are four we found extra special.

PINSTACKED Pancake Tower
PINSTACK’s gigantic pancake tower is the perfect shareable dish when brunching with family and friends. Order two or three towers for a tableful of hungry eaters and slather on the syrup and honey cinnamon butter when the fluffy flapjacks hit your plate. When you’re finished with brunch, burn the carbs off with a fun game of laser tag in PINSTACK’s two-floor laser tag arena.

Stuffed French Toast
Everyone has had a classic French toast, but PINSTACK’s variation on the age-old dish is a delightful twist. Filled with cream cheese and strawberry jam, as well as a side of fresh fruit, the delectable stuffed French toast is the perfect brunch order item. We suggest grabbing a Mimosa or Bloody Mary to top it off.

The Energizer
Fueling up? The “Energizer” is comprised of a sampling of wheat toast with avocado spread, hard-boiled eggs, and a side salad of green veggies. The healthy brunch option is a great way to start the weekend. Dig in and don’t forget to complement the dish with an a la carte order of the fruit and granola parfait, an added boost to a day of activity.

Early Bird Skillet
For a hearty breakfast, start your brunch with an early bird skillet, a twist on the old steak and eggs, which is offered with brisket instead. Mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions top the brisket, and a side of two eggs. Add an a la carte order of skillet potatoes for some additional starches.
