Start your Chinese New Year off with a five-course menu that is perfect for family and friends during this celebratory time. Executive Chef Jacob Williamson has created this limited-edition menu that is known for its modern interpretations of Asian dishes, including a selection of its acclaimed signature dishes as well as a contemporary interpretation on authentic Chinese New Year fare. Available for $95 per person, $45 optional wine pairing, Saturday, Jan. 28 through Monday, Feb. 6

2. Bao Throwdown
Join Chef Williamson and various local chefs in an all-you-can-eat evening, as they battle for the best bao, a type of steamed bun that can be filled with meat and/or vegetarian fillings. $50 per person, begins 6:30pm. Monday, Feb. 6

3. Annual Interactive Market Night
Enjoy an all-you-can-eat Chinese BBQ-themed night market with live action stations including traditional dim sum, noodles, BBQ brisket and more.
