1. Q-CUMBER Celebrate the flavors of the garden with this vegetal cocktail, made with homemade cucumber juice, club soda and our peppery Blanco.
INGREDIENTS 2 oz. El Mayor Blanco 11⁄2 oz. Cucumber Juice 1⁄2 oz. Lime Juice 2 oz. Club Soda Cucumber Wheel, for Garnish
COCKTAIL DIRECTIONS Build drink in highball glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
CUCUMBER JUICE DIRECTIONS Peel and cut ends from 1 cucumber. Cut cucumber into fourths. Blend and strain through fine metal sieve. Makes approximately 6-8 oz.
2. ANTIGUA Bring the Caribbean home with the Antigua, an aged tequila homage to the tropics.
INGREDIENTS 2 oz. El Mayor Añejo 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters 1 Demerara Sugar Cube Orange Peel and Cherry for Garnish
DIRECTIONS Muddle sugar cube and bitters in a mixing glass. Add tequila and ice. Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.
3. THE GREATEST NEGRONI Our barrel-rested Reposado takes the Negroni to the next level.
INGREDIENTS 2 oz. El Mayor Reposado 1 oz. Campari 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth Lime Twist
DIRECTIONS Build in shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into chilled coup glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
